 JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the general administration and implementation of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and the introduction of new product features, as well as other projects as required. 
• Responsible growth experiments in sales
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including data analytics and product development, to produce ideas and create an end-to-end growth strategy.
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop and execute crucial reports and analyses for the management team’s project reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate alongside the creative and operations teams to execute marketing and communications plans.
• Build partner relationships to drive increased adoption, ensure retention, and inject high levels of customer satisfaction.

 REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sectors such as marketing, sales, analytics, research, product development or customer success roles.
• Graduated from university with majors in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or Information Technology
• This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
• Result-oriented 
• Intrinsically curious and keen to learn
• Independent, self-motivated, organized, resourceful and meticulous
• Good knowledge of Canva, social media management, and copywriting will be advantageous.
