GIMO is exploring a completely new segment of fintech – the development of Earned Wage Access (EWA) model. The concept is as simple as it sounds, allowing employees to get paid as they earn. By introducing it to Vietnam’s market and modifying the model to entail the needs of the majority of Vietnam’s population, we are hoping to change the lives of millions of underbanked workers who are experiencing daily financial struggles.
Key responsibilities:
Design and test different growth schemes/tactics from time to time focusing on retention/conversion/engagement;
Maintain, monitor and adjust growth schemes/tactics to enhance growth on regular basis;
Analyze customer behavior to design schemes/tactics effectively;
Execute schemes/tactics planned;
Reporting on scheme/tactics performance;
Integrate growth tactics into Product features where necessary and explore opportunities for in-app engagement;
Collaborate with other teams for brainstorming and execution.
Key qualifications:
Undergrad level and up specializing in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics and similar field; • At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar role;
Analytical skill;
Excellent Microsoft skills;
Writing and presentation skill;
Logical reasoning and problem solving;
Having Power BI skill is a plus;
Data mindset
