1. Mô tả công việc

• Define and oversee the execution of the global mobile application user growth strategy in line with expansion goals
• Lead and manage our newly formed User Growth team, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, content, and gamification
• Utilize data to prioritize the right projects and optimize user growth strategies
• Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, efficiently allocating resources to maximize ROI
• Analyze user data and behavior to identify opportunities for improving acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives align with business objectives
  

2. Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5+ years of experience leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps
• Proven track record of achieving sustainable user growth and engagement
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
