Job Description:
As Feature & Growth – Planning, you will be responsible for
- Identify business and channel opportunities then develop and execute the plan to grow and optimise Marketing and Commercial performance
- Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly
- Understand user journey to identify buyer-related product feature new development area and enhancement
- Evaluate AB/MVT experiments, product testing, and report/recommend on the feature release improvement
- Work closely with data and product
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, data intelligence, performance reporting and commercial metrics
- Ability to initiate plan based on data analysis, carry on deployment, set up tracker for monitoring, and initiate actions for continuous improvement
- Basic knowledge of UI, UX, App Product (read PRD/FRF, and related terms)
- Knowledge of modelling and app engineering is a plus
- A positive can-do attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver
- Time management, attention to detail, communication and collaboration skills
