1.Job Description
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and optimize automation tools (Clearbit, Hubspot, leads gorilla, Apollo) to streamline marketing processes such as lead generation, nurturing, and content creation and make sure all the automated flows run smoothly.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
- Support with content creation and review/optimization, including articles, case studies, and social media content, to engage the target audience and generate leads.
- Optimize website content and landing pages to increase conversion rates and improve user experience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target segments and understand customer needs.
- Support event marketing initiatives, including webinars, conferences, and industry events (if any).
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
2. Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords, and SEO/SEM.
- Have knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
- Experience automating marketing processes using tools such as Hubspot & Apollo.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and lead management processes.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising from famous tech review sites.
- Proven track record of driving successful lead-generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing engaging and persuasive copy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a big plus.
- Experience in Japan’s ITO market is a big plus.

- Salary: Upto $1200/month
